Our Story
A family kitchen, opened up to everyone
Foxy Fran's began with Frances Catherine Harper, who believed food was never just something to eat — it was how you gathered people, and how you took care of them.
We still cook the way she did: seasoned by hand, given the time it needs, and served like you're sitting at her table. Caribbean warmth, Southern comfort, and enough of it that nobody leaves hungry.

We bring the kitchen to you — block parties, festivals, company picnics. Made to order, right on site.
